A day at Kata Rocks

What does a typical day at Kata Rocks look like? Here is an example of a day’s experience of our guests staying in Kata Rocks. Waking up in your villa to the amazing view of the Andaman Sea, you can start the day with a morning swim in your private infinity pool. Soak up the stunning ocean views while spoiling yourself with the Kata Rocks’ signature Floating Breakfast. The freshly prepared breakfast of your choice is served in a beautifully woven floating tray and brought up to your villa to be enjoyed in your private pool. The perfect start to your day!

After breakfast, why not embark on an excursion to Big Buddha, the famous landmark that can be seen from nearly everywhere in Phuket. The white Buddha statue is very impressive and offers an incredible 360-degree view of the island. Next on the programme is a visit to a local market, as no visit to Phuket is complete without trying some of the local food specialties and some good shopping. Or if you prefer to admire the temples in the “Old Town’” of Phuket Town; there is something for everyone.

Upon return to Kata Rocks, it is time for lunch at the Clubhouse restaurant where you will be  comfortably seated alongside the infinity pool. The menu is inspired by local Thai and Mediterranean delicacies. You will be certain to find something to your liking.

After lunch, why not have a peaceful, rejuvenating spa session at the award-winnng Infinite Luxury Spa? No matter which of our treatments or massages you choose, the therapists are highly trained and eager to pamper you to the fullest. Definitely an experience to write home about!

As it will be sunset by the time you will come out from the spa, do not miss the world famous Kata Rocks’ sunset experience. Head over to the Clubhouse bar and sip on your favourite glass of wine while watching the colourful spectacle of the sun dropping into the sea. The wine selection is extensive and includes red, white, rose, sparkling and champagne.
