When Dinner Becomes Theatre: SHOWTIME
One night. One table above the Andaman. Three names worth remembering.
There are dinners, and then there are evenings that stay with you long after the last glass is cleared. On Saturday 25 July 2026, Kata Rocks turns The Clubhouse into a stage for exactly the latter. The Collective Series returns with SHOWTIME, an immersive collaboration where fine dining, live performance and contemporary artistry come together above the Andaman Sea.
This is dinner reimagined as theatre. And like all the best theatre, it happens only once.
The Collective Series
The Collective Series is Kata Rocks at its most spirited. Born from a simple belief, that the finest evenings are the ones you could never quite plan for, it brings together the worlds of gastronomy, performance, music and design. Each edition unfolds as its own occasion, staged somewhere unexpected: an iconic four-bedroom Penthouse Sky Villa, the underground wine cellar, or The Clubhouse beneath the open Andaman sky.
For SHOWTIME, three creative worlds meet for a single evening. Kata Rocks sets the stage. CLC brings the performance. Nisan Ong brings rare beauty you can hold in your hand.
The Evening, Hour by Hour
The night opens gently. From 18:00, guests gather by the infinity pool for a welcome drink and sunset canapés, the Andaman turning gold as the light drops. It is the quiet before the curtain, a moment to settle into the view and let the evening find its rhythm.
At 19:00, SHOWTIME begins at The Clubhouse. Take your seat for a four-course dinner threaded through with live performance, and, between courses, an exclusive showcase of rare jewellery modelled twice across the night: first as the sun sets, and again as the evening draws to its close.

The Performance: CLC (Come Leo Come)
CLC is a restaurant-led luxury entertainment dining venue in Phuket. Inspired by cinema, Gatsby-era elegance and the iconic screen worlds of Leonardo DiCaprio, CLC creates evenings where gastronomy, wine, cocktails, service and live performance unfold as one experience. At SHOWTIME, that sensibility spills into the room between courses, blurring the line between dinner and production until the two become a single, seamless act.
The Showcase: Nisan Ong
Nisan Ong is less a jeweller than an artist who works with gold, titanium and rare coloured gemstones. Founder and sole designer of Bangkok’s Ong Jewelry Design, Nisan Ongwuthitham brings a collector’s eye to every piece, translating a lifelong passion for painting and sculpture into one-of-one creations that are worn rather than hung.
Presented in a dedicated space within the room and brought to life in two modelled showcases, the collection adds a rare and tactile luxury to the evening: pieces designed to be admired up close and remembered long after.
