All bookings at Kata Rocks are guaranteed with a credit card. A credit card is required at the time of booking, and a deposit is taken in line with the cancellation policy of the rate booked. The original credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in for verification.

Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?

Once a booking is confirmed, the villa rate cannot be changed. Any additional charge, for example for added services or occupancy above villa capacity, is quoted at the Best Available Rate of the day.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy at Kata Rocks depends on how the booking was made and the rate booked. For direct bookings, a flexible rate can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge, up to the full value of the stay. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded. Bookings made through a third party or online travel agent follow that provider’s cancellation policy. Guests are welcome to confirm the exact terms of their rate with the resort at the time of booking.
