Guests can go island hopping across Phang Nga Bay, charter a private yacht to a secluded beach, visit local elephant sanctuaries, explore the boutiques and markets of Phuket Town, or shop at Central Patong, Central Festival Phuket and Jungceylon Patong. Kata Rocks accepts all major credit cards. The resort reserves the right to preauthorise the credit card prior to arrival, and the original card used to book should be presented at check-in. If the card has expired or changed before arrival, guests should contact the resort directly with the amended details.
All bookings at Kata Rocks are guaranteed with a credit card. A credit card is required at the time of booking, and a deposit is taken in line with the cancellation policy of the rate booked. The original credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in for verification.
Once a booking is confirmed, the villa rate cannot be changed. Any additional charge, for example for added services or occupancy above villa capacity, is quoted at the Best Available Rate of the day.
The cancellation policy at Kata Rocks depends on how the booking was made and the rate booked. For direct bookings, a flexible rate can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge, up to the full value of the stay. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded. Bookings made through a third party or online travel agent follow that provider’s cancellation policy. Guests are welcome to confirm the exact terms of their rate with the resort at the time of booking.

The KR Extended Day Pass includes a THB 3,500 credit redeemable on food and beverage or spa treatments, access to the 35-metre infinity pool and lounge, use of the fitness centre, changing facilities and showers, and valet parking. A 10% discount applies to additional food and beverage spend once the credit is fully used.
