Phuket’s Top 3 Islands for Snorkeling

Enjoy a perfect day out cruising the world famous islands of the Andaman Sea with your loved ones, family or friends. Visit Phuket’s top offshore islands and snorkel near the beach to experience untold underwater marine beauty with our ‘Andaman Sea Rib Cruise Experience’ by Kata Rocks.

It is the ultimate in personal island hoping adventure. The islands mentioned offer both excellent snorkelling and dive sites, in addition to less developed beaches to chill out or enjoy a picnic lunch. Bespoke itineraries customised to your specifications are also available.

Racha Island

Racha Island (also known as Koh Raya) is one of Phuket’s most popular tropical retreats south of Phuket. It is ideally suited for a day trip by rib with its clear blue waters and coral reefs. It is also one of the top fishing locations in Phuket. Natural reefs are teeming with tropical fish; barracuda, octopus and dolphins are often spotted at Racha Island

Maiton Island

Maiton Island just off Phuket’s south coast is the epitome of an idyllic tropical getaway. This small island is largely undeveloped and measures just two and a half kilometres at its widest point. Picture golden sands and long lines of palm trees swaying in the breeze, this is what Maiton Island has to offer. The snorkelling action is just as stunning with an abundance of marine life and live coral.

Bon Island

Bon Island is a beautiful tropical island located just 15 minutes offshore from Rawai on the southern tip of Phuket. Bon Island is a small rocky island with several small beaches on the western side of the island that offer outstanding snorkelling plus a cosy beach restaurant for oceanfront dining.

All packages are inclusive of professional English-speaking crew, snorkelling equipment, mineral water, beach towels and insurance.
