The Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous (KRSR) team made its presence felt at The Monaco Yacht Show (MYS).

KRSR Team builds momentum in Monaco

Every September Monaco plays host to a yachting showcase like no other. The Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) always presents a stellar line-up of extraordinary, one-off superyachts built by the world’s most esteemed shipyards.

This year, the Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous (KRSR) team made its presence felt at the world’s leading superyacht show with a busy schedule of meetings with owners, builders, designers, brokers, luxury goods brands plus yachting and luxury lifestyle media.

However, all work and no play is not part of the KRSR experience, so we also made sure to attend as many of great parties as possible in support of our partners. While too numerous to list here, top celebrations of the luxury superyacht lifestyle included the Camper & Nicholsons Soirée attended by over 400 guests, and the Boat International & Burgess event. We look forward to returning next year and thanks again to our partners for making it all possible.

Back on the water

These stunning superyachts caught our eye and proved most popular in show:

JUBILEE + CLOUD 9 (Burgess)

Jubilee stands out not only because of its size (100 m) but the way its exterior (by Lobanov Design) so elegantly comprises six decks. Cloud 9 lived up to its name when the 74 m superyacht made its debut in Monaco.

AQUARIUS + SAVANNAH (Feadship)

The 92 m Aquarius combines a near perfect marriage of interior and exterior for a seamless integration with the sea. The iconic 78 m Savannah with its Philippe Starck design remains a benchmark of elegance since its launch in 2012.

ASTON MARTIN

Where sportscar meets sport boat. Each of the impressive bespoke new Aston Martin 37 powerboats, with a speed of up to 50 knots, offers the perfect balance of design and engineering, performance and comfort, luxury and functionality.

 

MERCEDES MINI YACHTS

Mercedes has also throw its hat into the ring with the new Arrow460-Grantourismo. This branding collaboration with a marquee car brand positions the GT460 as the marine cousin to leading luxury automotive sedans like the Mercedes S-Class.
