Exercise is medicine for your body and mind. There are many ways to keep in shape during your stay, including regular sessions at our fitness centre in Kata Rocks. We offer a full spectrum of free weights and machines for optimal aerobic and anaerobic workouts. Alongside this, we can offer yoga classes by instructors that are appropriate for all age groups.

This fitness centre has been developed around a ‘functional training’ philosophy. It aims to replicate everyday activities that help people train more effectively to achieve a balanced, natural and healthy musculature plus a higher level of cardiovascular fitness if desired.

Exceptional Spa experience. The entire experience from arrival at the hotel and being whisked by Golf Buggy to the Spa to the incredible massage and spa treatment was excellent, we booked a second massage immediately after the first as it was so good! We were looked after by Poey, Pla, Aris and Woody who were all incredible. The only downside of booking this spa is you may look around at the hotel and wonder why you didn’t book to stay!

The spa exceeded all our expectations. My boyfriend and I opted for a 90-minute Kundalini massage treatment, and we were delighted by how perfect the experience was. The staff was professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable, thanks to Aris and Kook. The spa facilities were impeccable, creating a relaxing atmosphere which added to the calming effect of the massage. It was a wellness getaway that really elevated our time in Phuket!
