Kata Rocks’ holiday event calendar offers the finest in family-style dining on Christmas Day and then shifts into party mode for a jazzy dance-the-night-way New Year’s Eve Party, with a delectable Louis Roederer Champagne Christmas brunch included for good measure.

Bring along the whole family to feast on Kata Rocks’ Louis Roederer Champagne Christmas Brunch. Our spectacular brunch highlights include Boston Lobster, Fine de Claire oysters, carved Christmas honey-cured ham, roasted turkey and lamb, eggs benedict station, Australian striploin, marinated pork ribs, Christmas desserts and ice cream station plus so much more! DJ Fabuloops (12 to 4 pm) and Kata Rocks resident, Jeo Zerna (4 pm to late) will provide musical entertainment to get everyone in the festive mood.

MONDAY 25 DECEMBER

It all starts with complimentary canapés and festive welcome cocktails served ‘On the Rocks’ right by the ocean as the sun dips into the Andaman Sea. Then the fun moves to our award-winning Oceanfront Restaurant for a remarkable family style dinner service that includes Fine de Claire Oysters and Seafood platter with shrimp, crab and Lobster; smoked salmon, sour cream and truffle honey dressing; Foie gras terrine and berries compote; pumpkin soup followed by a choice of turkey, ham or John Dory bouillabaisse with saffron mayonnaise. Make sure to save room for the Christmas pudding, cinnamon ice cream, coffee, tea and petit fours.

Traditional carol singers will provide musical cheer with renditions of Christmas classics to put everyone in the Festive Season spirit.

CLASSIC HOLLYWOOD NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY

SUNDAY 31 DECEMBER

Phuket’s best New Year’s Eve celebration includes an elegant gala buffet dinner and free-flow of signature cocktails in addition to a complimentary bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne per guest to welcome New Year 2018.

The evening will take its inspiration from ‘Classic Hollywood’ with interactive entertainment and a Simon Cabaret performance capped off by a 10-minute firework extravaganza at the stroke of midnight. An acoustical solo set from Jeo Zerna gets the evening started, followed by smooth jazz from renown Phuket Jazz band, Sega Jazz Trio, then a special guest DJ Fabuloops closes out the celebration with a high-energy dance set.

Buffet dining delights include Fine de Claire oysters, Maine lobster, rock lobster, blue crab, shrimp, calamari, salmon and sea bass; Australian beef strip loin and lamb chops, glazed pork ribs; gourmet salad station, imported cheese and fruit; glazed ham and cauliflower gratin, slow cooked pork belly with roasted potatoes, beef red curry with steamed rice. Finally, dessert service from 10 to 11 pm concludes this fantastic culinary celebration of great food before our firework display welcomes 2018.
