Greze Greek Yogurt’s House (Rawai & Chalong) Owner’s Takis and Priyaporn have recently opened a third outlet in Chalong, now operating two shops there and their original cafe in Rawai. Multiple espresso machines in both outlets means quick service, great cappuccinos and frothy lattes. Homemade Greek yoghurt, muesli, organic coconut syrup, poached egg, multigrain bread with a banana smoothie is a popular house breakfast. Coffee Tribe (Rawai) – It recently moved from Chalong to Rawai and has set a new standard for cafes and service in the area. The outstanding quality of food and service and very popular, considered by many visitors and residents as the best place for caffeinated beverages, delicious healthy food, and classy atmosphere in southern Phuket. Family friendly, the Coffee Tribe menu has lots of good options for breakfast, lunch or for local Thai cuisine.

Spoonful of Sugar (Rawai) – Spoonful of Sugar is not easy to find as it is almost surrounded by trees – follow the smell of fresh coffee and you won’t be lost. It has friendly staff, outstanding coffee and tea, delicious cakes and desserts plus nice toasted sandwiches. There is also free WiFi, choice of either indoor and outdoor seating or either high and low tables each with a unique style. Although the cafe is street side it remains a quiet place to chill over a cup of joe.

Hock Hoe Lee (Rawai) – Hock Hoe Lee pours more than 50 years of history into every cup of coffee or coffee beverage it serves at its iconic cafe. Its latest incarnation, a modern shop and cafe between Friendship Beach and Serenity Terraces, it still serves great homegrown coffee with Phuket history. So go try Hock Hoe Lee in Rawai, where prices are fair and there’s a great snack menu too. Fresh roasted whole beans by the bag are also available.

The Book Coffee (Rawai) – This versatile coffee shop and cafe have something for all. Have morning coffee, a healthy breakfast, a Naked Juice, speciality smoothies or protein shake in The Book Coffee’s lush garden. In the afternoon there are home-baked sweets, juicy lamb burgers, fresh salad or vegetarian dishes to choose. Or just stop by for an early evening glass of wine or ice-cold beer, it’s that easy.
