New lunch menus at Kata Rocks’ Clubhouse

Summer is here, and Kata Rocks is delighted to invite guests on an exciting culinary journey with new lunch menus at its award-winning oceanfront Clubhouse. Both the new Thai and Mediterranean menus incorporate in-season heirloom ingredients, artisan food specialities and regional gastronomy to offer healthy new culinary options.

New signature dishes include Quinoa Salmon Bowl with Avocado; Banana Leaf Wrapped Steamed Sea Bass with Ginger and Kaffir Lime; Nam Tok Nuea with dry chili, grapes, mint, roasted rice powder; Gaeng Phoo – Blue Swimmer Crab Curry with coconut cream, sweet basil and steamed noodles to name just a few. The new menu also offers numerous signature vegetarian options such as the Watermelon Rocket Feta Cheese salad with Berries and Caesar Salad with Avocado and Poached Egg.
