KATA ROCKS has now agreed sales on 50 percent of the development off-plan

Having just agreed the sale of another Club Penthouse, Kata Rocks has now agreed sales on 17 of the 34 units in the development off-plan prior to full construction starting. Many of the larger units have gone including eight of the ten Club Penthouses. Sales and marketing began in December 2008 and in 5 months, 50% of the sales have now been agreed. Full construction is expected to start in June.
