This is a photo taken from Kata Rocks of the yachts starting to assemble off Kata Beach ready for the King's Cup Sailing Regatta. The weather isn't great at the moment ... hopefully it will improve. The racing starts tomorrow and finishes on 6th December. The King's Cup is timed to coincide with the King of Thailand's birthday on 5th December. Kata Rocks will be the perfect place to rent a Sky Villa each year for the Kings Cup.
