Most developers want to build, make their money and leave to get on with their next project. Kata Rocks is different. Because of the totally unique location of Kata Rocks, the developer, Richard Pope, along with a couple of his friends are all buying Sky Villas for themselves. We therefore have a vested interest in creating the kind of home and atmosphere that we would want to live in long after the project is finished... and put simply, we like the best... but at a reasonable cost!

Our interests are therefore totally aligned with all the other owners. A great deal of time has been put into working not only with the architects on the design but also with various consultants to ensure that we incorporate the finest in terms of service and facilities along with incorporating highly efficient estate and rental management long after the project is finished.
