Kata Rocks is about luxury, quality and style. However, one person’s luxury might be sharing gourmet meals and champagne on ice with friends, while another person’s might be relaxing in a quiet spot by the pool with a good book. Your stay at Kata Rocks whether you are an owner, the guest of an owner, or renting, will be tailored to your particular requirements. Kata Rocks was designed for this from conception. This is not just an ordinary villa or apartment development. Far from it. We offer many of the benefits of a world-class hotel, but with an added sense of space, exclusivity and privacy for discerning individuals.

Outstanding Service

Our staff are trained to the highest standards. They will all know your name. Everyone has those special treats they like to keep in the fridge. These can be ordered using our web booking system along with anything else you might need before you even arrive in Phuket. There is no need even to visit a supermarket - our staff will take care of everything for you. Limousines and personal maids can be booked if you want them. Or maybe you want something specific to impress someone special. It can all be arranged.

Five Ways to Enjoy the Water

Why not relax by the water? You have at least five choices. If you are feeling sociable why not take a dip in our communal pool and meet some of the other Kata Rocks guests. If you prefer, you can lounge by your own private infinity pool or, if you want complete seclusion, why not enjoy the Jacuzzi on your bedroom terrace. Alternatively, wander down to the rocks, find a quiet spot by the sea where you will be served by our drinks waiter. Or our staff can take you in our golf buggy to Kata Beach (about a minute’s ride) if you want to feel the sand between your toes and splash around in the waves.

Pampering

The stresses of the world you left behind before you arrived at Kata Rocks will soon be removed when you visit our luxury spa and experience some of our first class treatments. If you want to feel relaxed and pampered in your own private sanctuary, then one of our highly trained masseurs can visit your sky villa and give you a Thai massage. For the more energetic, a visit to our highly equipped gym for a workout will leave you feeling revitalised and invigorated.

Sunset Drinks

On a clear day you can see the green flash (the green part of the light refracting through the dust particles in the atmosphere) at the exact point where the sun disappears over the horizon. Kata Rocks is one of the best places in Phuket to watch the sunset. Uninterrupted sunset views can be enjoyed from all sky villas where you can unwind with a glass of wine on your private terrace and watch the sun slip down into the sea alongside Ko Phu Island. Or catch it with friends on the terrace in our Clubhouse Sunset bar, or on the stunning rock platform right on the water’s edge. The choice is yours.

Indulge

There are endless dining choices at Kata Rocks. You can order directly from our tempting room service menu or arrange for a specialist chef to cook for you and your guests in your sky villa. You can eat in at our Clubhouse Bistro or eat out at one of the many fine restaurants Phuket has to offer – we recommend the Boathouse, which is just a minute’s buggy ride from Kata Rocks. Or if you prefer to go native, there are plenty of inexpensive Thai restaurants offering delicious local food as well as a host of other international dishes.

Excursions? Just Ask our Concierge

Want a day out? Want a night out? Our concierge will be able to help you whatever your request. Perhaps you would like to take out a boat for the day or go diving. Or maybe you would like to go snorkelling and then have a delicious lunch on one of the many small islands surrounding Phuket. Our concierge will be delighted to arrange for a boat to collect you at the time of your choice. Or, if golf is more your style, Phuket has some of the finest golf courses in Asia. Our concierge can arrange this, or any other excursion for you. You just have to ask.

How you would like to spend your stay at Kata Rocks is entirely up to you. Just let us know what you want, and we will endeavour to deliver, and even learn to predict, your particular interpretation of luxury.
